Tõnu Lehtsaar is a religion and communication psychologist, professor of psychology of religion and counsellor-chaplain at Tartu University. He is a valued and experienced trainer of adults concerning conflict management, public speaking, negotiation and communication skills, and other topics. Based on the research of Balti Juhtimiskonverents OÜ, Tõnu Lehtsaare was awarded the best trainer title in 2011.
