Panel Discussion: State, Community and Talents as Catalysts of Growth
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Product Development, as well as a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, both from Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). My professional journey began in 2008, focusing on the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience managing diverse projects and systems for leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
In 2016, I got involved in single-use technologies, process engineering, and the development of downstream and upstream bioprocessing equipment in ARTeSYN Biosolutions, a U.S.-based company. Recognizing the potential for growth and innovation, in late 2016 we established a subsidiary and organization in Estonia focusing on developing single-use TFF and Chromatography systems.
Following the acquisition of ARTeSYN Biosolutions by Repligen Corporation (NASDAQ: RGEN) in late 2020, I continued to lead and expand our operations in Estonia. In early 2024, I assumed the position of Vice President at Repligen, where I am now responsible for driving global systems technology development within the company’s R&D function. My career is marked by a commitment to advancing technologies that support critical bioprocessing solutions worldwide.
