Nicolas Derbin is a leader who likes creating group dynamics around a common objective and jumping between strategy definition and operational implementation. Most recently, he has put his extensive experience in corporate finance, leading international teams and IT know-how into building up the CARIAD Estonia team and operations in Tallinn. The team in Tallinn contributes to the overall mission of CARIAD, Volkswagen´s automotive software company, in transforming automotive mobility for everyone and everywhere. Today CARIAD Estonia has a growing Digital Services team forming an integral part of the Digital Business and Mobility Services team of CARIAD Group. In addition, CARIAD Estonia contributes to the entire mission of CARIAD as the shareholding hub of all non-German CARIAD subsidiaries.

Having lived in five countries on three continents and working globally with teams of very diverse cultures has prepared Nicolas to tackle complicated challenges that are involved in shaping the mobility of tomorrow.
