Jan Gustav Grolig is Chief Operating Officer at Stargate Hydrogen, where he is responsible for the product and production development of alkaline electrolysers. Stargate Hydrogen is an Estonian company that develops and sells alkaline electrolysers using precious metal-free catalysts, which are characterized by high electrical efficiency and low costs. Before joining Stargate Hydrogen, Jan Gustav Grolig had 12 years of experience in the development of different hydrogen technologies and worked, among other things, as Head of Technology and Innovation for a combined heat and power unit manufacturer, as well as Head of Material and Stack Development. Jan Grolig is internationally well connected through professional stations in Germany, Sweden and Switzerland and received his doctorate at Chalmers University in Gothenburg/Sweden.
